  • IKEA Fornuft Flatware tray

$9.89

Summary
IKEA flatware comes in nice little trays, but they're cardboard and don't last very long. They don't sell a same-sized plastic or wood/bamboo version either. So I replicated it in PLA using Sketchup.

This one is specific to the Förnuft 24 piece set (regionally available): 1 fork, 2 spoons, 1 knife (6 sets)
It was too big to print out in one piece so I had to bisect it and glue the two together.

  • Printer: JG Aurora A3 Prusa I3
  • Rafts: No
  • Supports: No
  • Resolution: .2mm
  • Infill: 15%

Notes:
Doesn't need any supports and can be a PITA getting it of the print bed because of the large base area. I printed it with 2 perimeters (.8mm sides, top and bottom) for a little more strength. Print the 'complete' stl file if it fits on your print bed (22L x 14W x 3.75H mm). Or print the 'A' and 'B' parts and glue them together.
